Shipping times are estimates of the arrival of packages, but please note that times may vary depending on the item ordered. Handling time is usually 1-5 business days.
Standard Shipping (FREE): 5-16 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST, plus handling time
Accelerated Shipping ($4.95): 4-12 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST, plus handling time. With accelerated shipping, your order gets first priority and is processed and shipped out quicker leading to much faster delivery.
Direct Shipping ($14.95): 3-9 Business Days for orders placed by 5pm EST, plus handling time
We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
After we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 additional business days for your payment method to reflect the refund. Most THESHOPPINGBAR gift cards and product vouchers will reflect the refund within 24 hours.
-If the item arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund
-If the item arrives and doesn't match the product image, you will receive a refund
-If the item arrives and does not fit, you may be entitled to a partial refund depending on whom the error falls on (If you ordered a size that arrives correctly but you didn't mean to order)
If you would like to cancel an order that you had recently made, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order. In cases of early cancellations, 10% of the total order is taken as a fee.
We design our apparel to help you look at your peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. We provide you 4 days to take your purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item for any valid reason (see below) within those 4 days.
